At Christopher's Herb Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical-inspired fashion. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
